Eoin Lorigan completes “100k Swim in May”!!

Last Sunday morning Eoin’s wife Eve and his son Kai, Lions Club members and friends turned out in great numbers to witness Eoin complete the final stage of his gruelling “100k Swim in May”. His proud son Kai accompanied him as they both swam the final laps!! It was an incredible undertaking and Roscrea Lions Club is indebted to Eoin for his huge commitment.

All funds raised by Eoin (over €4,500 to date) will support Roscrea Lions Club’s Rosemary Project; a project that was set up in 2016 to support families in our community that care for children with various challenging issues. The Rosemary Project offers these families a day out, a fun-filled break, with every possible support to ensure everyone can cope and make happy memories. To date, many families have benefited from the project. You can still donate to this wonderful cause as the idonate page below will remain open until the 11th of June.
