No St. Patrick’s Day Parade would be complete without the appearance of Roscrea Lions Club to help out. Members lend a hand stewarding while the Lions Float offers a great platform to advertise the upcoming events of the year – especially the one taking place closest to the parade. In 2013, it was the Creme Egg Race.
In 2014 the topic was the forthcoming Family Fun Day and the 10k Run.
Lions Club members were delighted when their entry in the 2014 St. Patrick’s Day Parade took the overall prize!
